Michelle is an enthusiastic professional with expertise in communication, relationship building and business development. She is driven to provide superior quality customer service and has a strong focus on attention to detail. Michelle enjoys developing and building her book of business. She loves finding tailor made solutions for her clients. She is innovative at leveraging her extensive knowledge of insurance products and services, as well as creating solutions for clients.
Michelle believes that life is for the living. When not working with her clients you will find Michelle doing Pilates or lying on a beach with her favourite book and her chilled Aperol spritz.
KERRY MAITRA

Kerry is a passionate insurance professional who has worked in the insurance industry for more than 20 years. She has held roles in claims, underwriting and broking. She provides keen insights in to the risks faced by her clients. Her multifaceted experience also provides her with an excellent understanding of how insurance companies operate. Kerry loves to get to know her clients and their business. She is dedicated to providing excellent service and always puts her client’s interests first.
Kerry's other love is tropical holidays. When she's not busy putting out insurance fires, she can be found lazing by a pool listening to the latest audiobook.
SAM MAITRA
Non-Executive Director
Sam is an Actuary who has held a number of different roles across the general insurance industry including consulting, corporates, reinsurance, and most recently in medical indemnity. He has extensive experience working with major insurers, both locally and overseas, in senior management roles. As Non-Executive Director of Ventures Insurance Advisors, Sam helps to formulate the company’s strategic direction.
In his spare time Sam volunteers his time to help the homeless.
LINDA PHAM
Assistant Account Executive
Linda is an enthusiastic go-getter who started her insurance journey in 2019. Linda enjoys helping others and her ability to understand and predict others' needs has allowed her to be an efficient and empathetic assistant.
Linda continues to work on her insurance studies and is an asset to the Ventures Insurance team.
